House For Sale

Well, our Visa agent has told us that we can go ahead and put our house on the market as our Visa should be issued shortly. Have been decorating for the last couple of weeks and generally tidying everything up, though to be honest, not much work required, just a general freshen up. Have to now start thinking about clearing out the loft (big job!). Will also have to start planning to sell everything in the house, cars etc. as we don't intend taking anything with us other than sentimental items. Will contact our solicitor to arrange a valuation and start to put the wheels in motion to get the house on the market.
